| | KIM SANDERS
Personal Trainer
CA State Physical Education Credential - Children, Teens, Adults
In addition to my BA and first career in Civil Engineering/Software, I’m credentialed by the State of California in Physical Education. I am dedicated to teaching clients of all ages how to develop fitness patterns that will last a lifetime. My goal is that all my clients enhance their health, increase their skills, and enjoy the social and physical benefits of exercise.
I focus on results, offering an individualized plan to get maximum benefits in minimum time. We’ll identify your goals—whether strengthening a weak back or running a marathon. Then I’ll tailor a program just for you. Do you want to build skills in a particular sport? As an experienced coach, I can help you improve strength and endurance, along with agility, addressing the needs of your sport.
We all have our fitness motivation factors. I discovered mine in 2002, when I was diagnosed with cancer. The prognosis was devastating: A survival chance of less than 5%. I am absolutely convinced that my level of physical fitness saved my life. I'll make sure you find your motivation, and use it to feel good about yourself every day. Motivation to exercise takes many forms. Some people thrive on structure; others on reassurance. For some, high-intensity workouts are key. Others want a pat on the back. I will find the best motivation for you, based on your goals and personality.
