JUNIOR RACQUETBALL
September 6 - December 20, 2008 - SATURDAYS
 | Junior Racquetball is one of the best programs for youths at PVAC. Advanced AMPRO instructor Brian Dixon, assisted by AMPRO certified instructor Orlando Mayo, teaches racquetball strategy, safety, and sportsmanship. This is a remarkable program providing skill development as well as a healthy love of the game. Ages 6-18 years.

BACK OF THE NET Soccer Clinic
September 8-29 / October 6-27 / November 3 - Dec 1
MONDAYS 3:30-4:30pm
 | In this clinic we will review proper techniques for soccer dribbling, passing shooting, juggling and guarding. Our drills will focus on defensive and offensive positioning. We will also play games that will help with agility and strength on the field.
For boys and girls, ages 6 & up.

Junior Swim Team is a non-competitive team that focuses on building swimming skills in a fun and enjoyable environment. Swimmers work on stroke technique, breathing, diving and flip turns for the first 40 minutes. The last 20 minutes are filled with relays and games. Children must be comfortable swimming at least one length of the pool.
Ages 7 & up.
Members: $50/month
NonMembers: $60/month
10% discount applies to any additional siblings enrolled.

RALLY Volleyball Clinic
September 3-24 / October 8-29 / November 5 - Dec 3
WEDNESDAYS 3:30-4:30pm
 | Serving, rally hitting, setting, and proper positioning will be just a few of the many skills that junior players will practice with Coach Leslie O’Neill in the Rally clinic. Learning proper stretching and warm-ups for volleyball readiness, kids will be sure to build confidence in the sport while having fun!
For boys and girls, 4th grade & up.

BLOOD DRIVE
Saturday, November 8 - 10:30am-1:30pm
 | Be a lifeline to someone in need. The common bond of blood unites us all. No matter who we are blood sustains us. Every 15 minutes someone in our community requires lifesaving blood for a variety of reasons - traumatic accidents, surgery, and cancer treatments. Since blood cannot be manufactured we rely on caring citizens to donate, forever connecting and changing lives with this simple act.

THANKSGIVING CAMP
Friday, November 28 - 9:00am - 3:30pm
 | Kids will have fun working off that yummy Thanksgiving dinner. In the morning, we will keep our bodies moving playing Dodgeball, Volleyball and more fun games in our all new FIT-R-KADE!
After a tasty TURKEY SOUP & GRILLED CHEESE lunch, we will make Gingerbread Houses and create our very own wrapping paper, gift bags and holiday cards using Potato Stamps! It will be sure to be a fun filled day! Ages 5 -11.
